摘要
The probability of perforative porosity of organic component in the composite system is calculated with the hierarchical model and the continuous contact model. The result of the combustion experiment shows that the continuous contact model provides results more consistent with the experimental data. Theoretical derivation and combustion experiment show that there exists a limit value of organic component's volume fraction. Beyond this limit value, the probability of perforative porosity of organic component in the system increases rapidly, which obviously deteriorates the fire endurance of the thermal insulation system. The particle morphology parameters also affect the value of organic component's critical volume fraction in the case of uniform distribution.
