摘要
Because the pressure atomization can not atomize high viscosity liquid effectively, a new nozzle is designed by using gas kinetic energy, with air and water as working fluids. In the experiment of two-fluid spray nozzle, the relationship between controlling parameters is developed. Liquid flow and droplet diameter can be changed by changing gas pressure or liquid pressure. Aperture of atomization flake has great impact on atomization. Charge-mass ratio increases with electrode voltage. When charge-mass ratio reaches the breakup limit, charged droplet breaks. The experiment indicates that the nozzle with wide flow range needs less gas to atomize high viscosity liquid, and charged droplet diameter gets smaller and more uniform.
