Study on optical-nondestructive detection of breakdown apples

摘要：

The internal breakdowns of apples were detected by visible-near infrared spectroscopy (650 nm~900 nm). By analyzing the spectra of the apples, three wave numbers, 715 nm, 750 nm, and 810 nm were selected as the character wave numbers, the correct probability of classification was 95.65% by using the above-mentioned three wave numbers. And the influence of the apple size for the classification probability was also studied.
