The Virtual Institutes for Cyber and Electromagnetic Spectrum Research and Employ Northwest Institute for Cybersecurity Education and Research was established to train U.S. cybersecurity talent through integrated experiential learning opportunities, including a multifaceted summer workshop featuring hands-on activities, field trips, and presentations.
