摘要
Hydrotreating catalysts were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning transmission electron microscopy-X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer (STEM-EDS) and three dimension tomography (3D TOMO) techniques. The dispersity and geometrical information of active phase stacks of sulfided hydrotreating catalyst were showed clearly by TEM. The active metal element dispersive information in stacks of sulfided catalyst was received by STEM-EDS. Three dimension tomography of sulfided hydrotreating catalyst was reconstructed by 3D TOMO technique. All these electron microscopies are important for understanding and creating new hydrotreating catalyst.
