摘要
The explosion characteristics of ethyl ether-propylene oxide-air mixture, ethyl ether-petroleum ether-air mixture, ethyl ether-isopropyl nitrate-air mixture and ethyl ether-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene-air mixture were investigated at initial ambient pressure (54.02-101.33 kPa) in a 22L cylindrical explosion vessel. A series of experiments were conducted to obtain data on the explosion process, maximum explosion pressure, impulse, maximum pressure rise rate, explosion index, and other parameters of the four mixed fuels under different initial ambient pressures. The results indicate that as the initial ambient pressure decreases, the combustion duration decreases. Furthermore, the magnitude of flammability of the four mixed fuel is as follows: DEE-PO > DEE-PE > DEE-IPN > DEE-JP 10. The peak explosion pressure, impulse, maximum pressure rise rate and explosion index are positively correlated with the initial ambient pressure. The sensitivities of the maximum explosion pressure and impulse of mixed fuels to the initial ambient pressure are, in order, JP 10-DEE > PE-DEE > IPN-DEE > PODEE. In contrast, the sensitivities of the maximum explosion pressure rise rate and the explosion index to the initial ambient pressure are reversed. The addition of PE, IPN and JP 10 to DEE results in an increase in its explosive parameters. Conversely, the presence of PO has the effect of inhibiting the explosive behavior of DEE.
