Image mosaic based on Fourier-Mellin transform for wide field of view surveillance

摘要：
An image mosaic method based on Fourier-Mellin transform is presented for large scale electronic testing surveillance. Both camera were set with the same fixed mode of optical center. Fourier-Mellin invariant descriptor and phase correlation technology were utilized to get projective matrix including rotation, translation and scale parameters. A seamless technology was used to smooth the discontinuous of the luminance transform. The experiments show that it is an available image mosaic method for wide field of view surveillance with height resolution panorama.
