摘要
An analysis of N2 molecules dissociation degree in pulsed discharge plasma under atmospheric pressure is presented by using emission spectrum method. The dissociation degree of N2 molecules is positively correlated with the ratio of the intensity of N atomic 3p(4S0) → 3s(4P)(746.8 nm) to the intensity of N2 C3Πu → B3Πg(337.1 nm). The experiment investigates the effects of discharge voltage and water vapor on the dissociation of N2 molecules. Intensity ratio of N line to N2 line increases monotonously from 0.38~0.91 with increasing discharge voltage. While water vapor exists in the gas, intensity ratio of N line to N2 decreases significantly and its increasing trend with increasing discharge voltage also slows down. The results shows that increasing discharge voltage is helpful to dissociation of N2 molecules and water vapor inhibits the dissociation of N2 molecules.
