Thermal optimization based on the Internet of Things for simulating visual systems in precision manufacturing product design

With the rapid development of IoT technology, thermal energy optimization has become an important research direction in the field of precision manufacturing. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of thermal energy optimization in the visual system of precision manufacturing product design under the Internet of Things environment. By comprehensively analyzing the thermal energy environment, the intelligent level of product design can be improved while improving manufacturing efficiency and reducing energy consumption. The study reviewed the current research progress in the fields of Internet of Things and thermal energy management. We have conducted in-depth discussions on the thermal environment of communication rooms, proposed a thermal environment monitoring framework, and constructed a thermal flow control equation to accurately simulate temperature changes in the environment. By discovering local hotspot areas and conducting actual measurement analysis, key heat sources are identified and optimized settings are implemented to achieve effective management of the thermal energy environment. In the simulation part of the visual system for precision manufacturing product design, the structure of the visual display system was established, and a system coordination and scheduling algorithm was proposed to optimize resource allocation. At the same time, product collaborative design analysis was conducted to explore product classification and retrieval management based on thermal energy optimization, ensuring the efficiency and flexibility of the design process.
