摘要
Cemented tailings backfill mining technology theory research has fallen behind in practice, thus, the microstructure and the strength of the different concentrations with different proportions of the cemented tailings were tested in laboratory, the chemical reaction mechanism of the cemented tailings was revealed on the microscopic side, and the macro size effect on the stability of the filling body was researched. Test results show that the cement hydration products is a key factor which has impact on the strength of the cemented tailings, with high filling proportion and concentration, the compressive strength, elastic modulus, internal friction angle and bond force increased, but the Poisson ratio is reduced. The stability of the filling body is significantly influenced by the exposed size; increasing the width of the filling, reducing the length of the stope and the height of the self-reliance can enhance the stability of the filling body. Meanwhile, industrial experiment was conducted in Jiaojia Gold Mine, and good effects were obtained, the research about the macro size effect on the stability of cemented tailings backfill can provide theory basis to assess mining safety.
