Aiming at the new requirements of the initiative discovery and agile configuration of manufacturing services for cloud manufacturing, the dynamical service model of manufacturing machines was established form the basic information, processing capability, real-time status and service quality. On this basis, the initiative discovery mechanism and agile configuration method were proposed to optimally configure the manufacturing services according to their static and dynamic information. A gray correlation degree method was used to evaluate the manufacturing services for multi-objective optimization. A case study was given to verify feasibility and practicability of the presented model and method. ©, 2015, CIMS. All right reserved.
