摘要
Fat tissue of organism can accumulate hydrophobic chemicals and the accumulation level is positively related to the quantity of fat. In this research, bionics fat cell (BFC) is modified from linear structure to netty structure in order to improve its regeneration ability, and the relative characteristics of modified BFC are also tested. Modified BFC also has the hydrophobic core and hydrophilic membrane structure similar with BFC. Water with the hydrophobic chemicals can pass through the hydrophilic membrane of BFC into the interior, and then the hydrophobic chemicals are accumulated by hydrophobic core-triolein. Modified BFC is of good lindane removal ability close to powder active carbon (PAC), and both of them can remove 97% of the 7 mgL-1 lindane from aqueous solution. Modified BFC is possible of two kinds of lindane removal mechanisms including bioaccumulation of core material and physical adsorption of membrane's hollows, and the bioaccumulation is the major adsorption way. Modified BFC has an obvious regeneration advantage over that of BFC.
