Launching a successful career

AN intrapreneur is defined by Gifford Pinchot in his book Intrapreneuring in Action, as someone who takes new ideas and turns them into profitable new realities within an organization. That implies our intrapreneur is a very capable engineer who has the ability to think outside the box to come up with new ideas, take on projects, and eventually be able to manage a product line or a business unit.
