Constructing a foreign language teaching system with Chinese characteristics

With China’s enrollment into WTO and status in the international world, it is essential to popularize foreign language teaching in China to realize the ultimate goal of cultivating foreign language talents. Current foreign language teaching theories abroad have developed to a certain degree. Although we can learn from them, those theories are not appropriate for some of China’s foreign language teaching problems. Chinese foreign language teaching workers must work out a certain foreign language teaching based on our domestic situation to intensify our work in foreign language teaching and construct a foreign language teaching system with Chinese characteristics. © 2014, Journal of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Research.
