摘要:
High-technology Japanese companies are involved in innovations and business partnerings to cooperate and succeed in the international technology market. These partnerships have led to an improvement in Japanese economy thorough the development of shares crossholding legislations preventing company takeovers. The company code concerning with large Japanese corporate groupings has evolved to regulate the control of parent companies on the subsidiaries. Bussiness partnering in small and medium-sized (SME) sector fosters innovative practices in technology. Consumer electronics industry in Japan is aimed towards partnering in research and development specific areas such as manufacturing and dynamic random access memory (DRAM).
