In times of increasing networking and digitization, small and medium-sized enterprises face the challenge of offering additional digital services alongside their existing products. Above all, there is a lack of practical guidelines that show how this digital transformation can actually be realized. This contributi-on combines findings derived from scientific literature and business practice and gives twelve recommendations for action for the digital transformation of industrial services. © 2023, VDI Fachmedien GmBH & Co.
