Companies must change their supplier management to implement the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). While it was previously designed to increase competitiveness, the law adds obligations relating to compliance with human rights and environmental standards. In order to integrate the obligations into existing processes, risk analysis approaches are examined and preventive and remedial measures are presented to counter the identified risks. © 2024 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston, Germany.
