摘要
To accurately and conveniently analyze the stress and deformation of the geosynthetics in geosynthetic-reinforced pile-supported embankments, a three-dimensional simplified analysis method applicable to the piles in square or regular triangle pattern was proposed. Firstly, considering the spatial deformation of the geosynthetics, the deformed surfaces in the inner area and strip area were assumed to be a paraboloid of revolution and a parabolic cylinder, respectively. Then, according to the theory of the concentric arches model, the simplified expressions for the load acting on the geosynthetics were derived. Finally, by solving the equilibrium equations of the vertical forces of the geosynthetics in the three-dimensional space, the maximum vertical deflection and the maximum tensile force of the geosynthetics, the average stress on the pile head, the average stress on the soil surface between the piles, and the load transfer efficiency were obtained. Two engineering cases were calculated by the method, and the calculation results were compared with the measured values. The results show that the calculation values obtained by the simplified analysis method agree with the measured data. The maximum calculation error of the load transfer efficiency is about 6%, proving the effectiveness of the method. © 2021, Editorial Department of Journal of Southeast University.
