Pricing decision of closed-loop supply chain under uncertainty of customer perceived value and recovery quality

Closed-loop supply chain decision-making is more complex and diversified, which mainly comes from the cooperation mode between upstream and downstream enterprises, customer perceived value and environmental uncertainty. Therefore, a closed-loop supply chain composed of an original manufacturer and a third-party recycler was considered. Based on the uncertainties of customer perceived value and recovery quality, the profit model was constructed and the strict mathematical proof was given. The pricing, market demand and both sides' optimal profit of closed-loop supply chain's new and remanufactured products under three kinds of game that were original manufacturer monopoly, Cournot duopoly game and Stackelberg game were analyzed, as well as the impact of recovery quality and customer perceived value on decision variables was discussed. The validity of the model was verified by numerical simulation analysis, and the manufacturer compensation contract was proposed, which provided a theoretical basis for the coordination and decision-making of closed-loop supply chain. © 2021, Editorial Department of CIMS.
