摘要
With the increasing application of titanium alloy in various fields, research on its forming process and microstructure properties has become the focus of scholars at home and abroad. Compared with traditional processing, selective laser melting (SLM) has the advantages of high forming efficiency, easy processing of complex parts, etc., and has been widely used in aerospace and medical fields. At present, the application of SLM technology in the field of titanium alloys is still in the preliminary stage, and the research on the microstructure and mechanical properties of titanium alloys formed by SLM mainly focuses on the void defects in the molten pool and the influence of a unique laser heat source on the microstructure and mechanical properties of titanium alloys. With the continuous promotion and application of SLM technology, the research of SLM technology in titanium alloy forming will have a broader development space. This paper summarized the research results on simulation, microstructure, properties and post-treatment of SLM formed titanium alloys at home and abroad, with a view to providing reference. © 2024 Central South University of Technology.
