摘要
Hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), styrene (St) and γ- methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane (KH570) were used as grafting monomers to prepare POE-g-P (HEMA-co-St) (POE-g-PHS) and POE-gP (HEMA-co-St-co-KH570) (POE-g-PHSK) by melt-grafting reaction. The POE/POE-g-PHS and POE/POE-g-PHSK films were prepared by melt blending and laminated crosslinking with 2- ethylhexyl carbonate peroxide (TBEC) as crosslinking agent. The effects of POE-g-PHS and POE-g-PHSK on the structure and properties of the films were studied. The results show that the migration of crosslinking agent in the POE prefabricated films is significantly reduced with the increase of POE- g- PHS and POE- g- PHSK content. At the same time, the improvement of the crosslinking degree and change of crystallinity of the film also affects its comprehensive performance. When the mass fraction of POE- g- PHS and POE- g- PHSK is 9% and 6% respectively, the comprehensive performance is optimal. The change rate of surface friction coefficient of the prefabricated films decreases from 17.13% to 0.53% and 0.49% respectively. The crosslinking degree of the film increases from 86.28% to 89.87% and 90.91% respectively. The peel strength increases from 12.86 N/cm to 20.86 N/cm and 32.14 N/cm respectively. At the same time, the ultraviolet aging resistance, mechanical properties and volume resistivity are improved. © 2024 Sichuan University. All rights reserved.
