摘要
Using commercially available polyformaldehyde(POM) as raw material, POM-based composites with graphene were prepared by injection and the tribological properties were studied. The results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) indicate that the addition of graphene will decrease the melting point of the composites and refine the grains; the bending strength of the material is improved, though the impact strength and tensile strength of the composite are slightly lower than those of the raw material. Graphene has a significant improvement on the wear-resisting properties of the composites. The friction coefficient (COF) and wear volume of the composites are remarkably reduced, when the graphene mass fraction is 0.3%, the COF and wear volume are optimal, which are reduced by 53.6% and 72.5%, respectively. © 2021, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
