摘要
Aiming at the inherent iterative calculation problem of resistance (Ron/Roff) switch model, this paper proposed a real-time simulation method for high-frequency power electronic converter. The backward Euler method was used to discrete the state variables, which can eliminate the potential numerical oscillation of the model. Meanwhile, the actual switch status combination was obtained by analyzing the gating signals and matching the predicted switch status combinations with the historical switch status combinations of half-bridge arms, which provided accurate non-iterative solutions for the system. Finally, this paper gave the field programmable gate array (FPGA) hardware implementation scheme and tested the LLC resonant converters with 20 ns simulation time step, 100 kHz switching frequency and 500 kHz switching frequency in real time. Compared with the existing methods which deal with the iterative calculation of Ron/Roff switch model, the modeling method proposed in this paper achieves a lower real-time time step and reduces the FPGA hardware resource footprint while modeling with high precision. ©2024 Chin.Soc.for Elec.Eng.
