摘要
Product service system has the characteristics of multi-agent, product and service symbiosis, and the existing design theory and method are difficult to deal with it effectively. The symbiosis concept was innovatively introduced into product service system design, which replaced the traditional design theory of "unilateral serial" to "multilateral parallel" design mode. Product service system symbiosis modeling was proposed by using super networks, which could ensure the diversity and integration of heterogeneous product and service modeling. Symbiotic characteristics and symbiotic attraction models were established to drive the cross layer transformation of design elements. Symbiotic design parameter domain was identified using intention-model-parameter collaborative architecture. Diversified design game model was proposed by integrating symbiotic relationships and competitive positions for realizing symbiotic design equilibrium of product service system. Growth dynamics of product service system was proposed for establishing performance growth estimation model, which could ensure the using reliability of product service system. The proposed method was validated by applying a product service system of numerical control machine. © 2021, Editorial Department of CIMS. All right reserved.
