摘要
In order to ensure the healthy development of enterprises, this paper investigates the operation status of technological innovation companies by using the econometrics principle. Based on the influence of ownership structure on enterprise performance in recent years, a model is established to analyze the influence of different factors on enterprise performance. Based on the econometrics principle, this paper analyzes the effect of technological innovation on corporate governance performance, and optimizes the evaluation algorithm of the effect. Experimental results show that the econometric model of technological innovation on corporate governance performance has a high accuracy, which can meet the needs of research. Industrial Biotechnology (IB) is seen as a crucial technology with the ability to produce new development, promote innovation, boost productivity, and address environmental and climatic concerns. Chemicals, biofuels, bioenergy, bio-based polymers, and other biomaterials are only a few of the bio economy’s numerous applications for Industrial Biotechnology (IB). However, the categories range greatly in terms of volume, price, kind, and quantity of essential feedstock, market conditions, social contributions, and maturity. This article examines five value chains in the technical innovation system (TIS) paradigm in order to draw appropriate policy implications. To take into consideration the wide range of biotechnological applications, concentrate on value chains that are extremely unique. Analysis shows that policy makers must take into consideration the basic distinctions in innovation systems and adopt differentiated innovation policy in order to solve weak system deficiencies. There are a variety of policy tools required to address market formation, which is a common bottleneck for innovative systems. © 2021 ThinkBiotech LLC. All rights reserved.
