摘要
Food safety concerns the life and health of people, which raises higher requirements for food safety regulation. The law enforcement departments should attach great importance to food safety issues, and effectively strengthen food safety enforcement by various means and measures to ensure safe food for people. At present, there are many problems in China’s food safety regulation, leading to insufficient law enforcement and single means of supervision. In this context, the whole process of food production should be supervised in food safety enforcement. This article starts with an analysis of the food safety supervision model in China, and then discusses how to improve it, aiming to provide a reference for relevant personnel. © 2024 Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
