摘要
Effective electronic jamming on polarimetric synthetic aperture radar (PolSAR) is an important issue in the field of SAR electronic countermeasures. The basic principles of electronic jamming on PolSAR is established in this paper. Firstly, the PolSAR equations at the output of the receiver and after imaging processing are derived, which are connected with the polarimetric scattering matrix to fully describe signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and clutter-to-noise ratio (CNR) under different combinations of polarization states. Secondly, PolSAR jamming equations at the output of the PolSAR receiver and after imaging processing are constructed for the incoherent, partially coherent and fully coherent jamming. The energy distribution and conservation rules of the effective power of the PolSAR electronic jamming are summarized. Finally, the jamming performances under different polarization configurations are discussed. These research works have important theoretical guiding significance for developing technologies and equipments of electronic jamming on PolSAR. © 2021, Editorial Office of Systems Engineering and Electronics.
