Ventilation network solution method based on coupling iteration of air state parameters and air quantity

Mine ventilation network is a complex dynamic nonlinear system. Affected by the surface air state parameters, underground heat and humidity sources and mining activities, the underground air flow state parameters will change with time. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out real-time calculation and daily maintenance of mine ventilation network. According to the unsteady convective heat transfer model between the air flow and the surrounding rock of the roadway, oxidation heat release model and hot water ditch heat dissipation model, combined with node air flow balance equation, circuit air pressure balance equation, heat and moisture balance equation of multi air flow mixing, the ventilation network air quantity control decision-making method based on the coupling iteration between the air state parameters and the air quantity was proposed, its computer program was compiled. The results of an example calculation show that under certain conditions, the air state parameters change with the change of air quantity regulation, and the air quantity regulation scheme is obtained, which provides a technical means for real-time calculation of mine ventilation network and decision-making of air quantity regulation. © 2021, Editorial Board of Journal of CUMT.
