摘要
Supply chain agility is a crucial capability that enables the organisations to respond promptly to market changes, customer demands, and disruptions. It helps to optimise operations, reduce lead times, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain a competitive edge in dynamic business environments. This study attempts to uncover the relationships among supply chain agility dimensions (SAD) such as alertness, accessibility, decisiveness, swiftness, and flexibility on sustainable competitive performance (SCP) with moderation of innovation management (IM) in terms of technological innovation from the context of China based on resource dependence theory and practices (RDT). Using a sample size of 689 (n = 689), we calculated the results based on SmartPLS and SEM structural approach. First, results indicated a positive connection between supply chain agility and SCP. Second, a significant moderating connection of innovation management was found between supply chain agility and SCP. This study provides insights into SAD and innovation management that both could be the essential indicators for attaining sustainable competitive performance of the corporates. This study provides multiple implications for management together with theoretical implications. Finally, the study reports some limitations along with future directions.
