摘要
Vibration of solar wing panels is difficult to suppress in space environment, so it is crucial to study vibration reduction of solar wing panels. Here, a double-lap bolted connection plate structure was used to simulate unfolding state of solar wing panel, and study its vibration suppression method by attaching constrained layer damping (CLD) on it. A semi- analytical dynamic model for double-lap bolted connected plate structure with " H-type" CLD was created. Firstly, using the principle of interlayer shear deformation, the stress-strain relation of CLD structure was derived, and damping characteristics of viscoelastic layer were characterized by complex modulus. Secondly, considering influence area of bolts, using composite spring element and modified mass to simulate stiffness, damping and mass characteristics of double-lap bolt joint was proposed. Thirdly, orthogonal polynomials were introduced as displacement admissible functions, and dynamic equations of a bolted thin plate structure with locally attached " H-type" CLD were established using Lagrange equation and Hamilton principle. A case study was performed to demonstrate the rationality of the semi-analytical model of composite structure in solving natural characteristics and vibration response parameters using the built test system. Both test results and semi-analytical model calculation results showed that CLD has the vibration reduction effect on double-lap bolted connection plates. Finally, based on the created semi-analytical model, effects of attaching area and thickness of CLD on vibration reduction effect of double-lap bolted connection plates were analyzed. © 2024 Chinese Vibration Engineering Society.
