摘要
Aiming at the order effects and interference effects caused by decision-makers’ belief bias and interaction in trust network and decision process, a quantum cognition based on trust network multi-attribute group decision-making model with probabilistic linguistic information was proposed. First, a trust propagation and integration model considering order effects and interference effects was constructed based on quantum probability theory. Second, the probabilistic linguistic qualitative information representation method was extended by probability amplitude. The attribute weights of decision-making problem were determined by the maximum deviation method, and the weights of decision-makers were determined by the similarity and relative trust analysis. Then, the interference phase angle was obtained by similarity heuristic algorithm, and the evaluation of different decision-makers interfering each other was integrated by quantum like Bayesian network to obtain the comprehensive score and the optimal. Finally, a venture capital syndication was provided as an example. The rationality and innovation of the proposed method was proved by sensitivity and comparative analysis. © 2024 Systems Engineering Society of China. All rights reserved.
