摘要
To reduce the large amplitude low frequency vibration, the dynamic performances of a designed quasi- zero-stiffness vibration isolator were analysed. Aiming at widening the quasi-zero-stiffness displacement region, a gravity inverted pendulum quasi -zero -stiffness structure was innovatively proposed. Compared with the spring type quasi zero- stiffness structure, wider quasi-zero-stiffness displacement region was obtained, being suitable for isolation of low frequency vibration with large amplitude. By combinedly use of the three-spring type quasi-zero-stiffness structure, a multidirectional vibration isolator was designed. The quasi-zero-stiffness characteristics of two typical three-spring type structures were compared, and the influence of parameters on stiffness characteristics was analyzed. Finally, the effectiveness of the multidirectional vibration isolator was verified by simulation. It is shown that the quasi-zero-stiffness structure can significantly reduce the vibration isolation frequency, the gravity inverted pendulum structure can effectively reduce the vibration isolation frequency by more than 15 Hz. © 2022 Chinese Vibration Engineering Society.
