Research on technology framework of modern coal industry governance Platform based on the new generation information technologies

In recent years, China's modern coal industry governance system cannot satisfy the high-quality development requirements of coal industry. To improve the capacity of government regulation, a complete set of coal industry governance platforms should be set up by the new generation of information technologies. The governance platform can help to overcome the bottlenecks in market cooperation, set up international channels of dialogue, and eventually support the practical reform of China's coal industry mechanism and implementation of relevant policies. This paper analyzes the technical characteristics, the current development, and trends of the new generation information technologies, including 5G, artificial intelligence, big data, and block chain. The topological structure of the coal industry governance platform is also proposed. The topological structure contains the integrated public and private 5G coal industry network, coal big data and intelligent information processing platform, and blockchain coal industry cooperation supervision platform. Furthermore, the key technologies that can be applied in the coal industry governance platform are also analyzed in depth, providing practical and feasible solutions for the construction of the modern coal mining governance platform. © 2024 China Coal Society.
