<正>This Highlight is inspired by a recent article in Science in which Gong and co-workers from Tianjin University reported a discovery of defective Ti Oxoverlayers on metallic Ni nanoparticles induced by strong metal-support interaction and their applications in propane dehydrogenation reaction[1].
