High quality education and research and development at the Department of Polymer Engineering and Textile Technology at BUTE

High quality education and research and development are the main factors of Hungary's competitiveness and a key point in this process is quality engineer training. The Department of Polymer Engineering and Textile Technology, Budapest University of Technology and Economics has received the full-scale ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Certificate. As a result the number of mechanical engineer students who chose the department as their major has increased threefold this year and the incomes of the department from applications and industrial contracts are more than tenfold compared to last year.
