摘要
Based on the data of dynamic stress and vehicle running state under the condition of long-term field test, the fatigue reliability of urban rail vehicle bogie frame and the cause of rapid accumulation of fatigue damage were studied in this paper. Based on the reliability theory and the fatigue life samples covering a variety of operating conditions, the fatigue reliability research model of the frame was established. The operation life of high reliability of the fatigue control locations of the frame was obtained, which was consistent with the actual application. The reliability model provided a data basis for optimizing the maintenance cycle structure and developing the frame maintenance. After data segmentation, it was found that the fatigue damage of the frame in different sections was significantly different. The high amplitude and high frequency stress response of the frame, excited by the rail corrugation, caused the rapid accumulation of fatigue damage of the frame. The wheel and rail excitation in the straight line section was mainly the impact of rail joint, whose contribution to the fatigue damage was minor. The presence of wheel polygons introduced a direct impact on the speed of the frame and aggravated the fatigue damage of the frame. © 2020, Department of Journal of the China Railway Society.
