Triangulation system based on dual non-diffracting beams

摘要
Dual non-diffracting beams based on triangulation system are proposed. This system can be used for in-process vibration resistant in profile measurement. In this system, the dual non-diffracting beams are used as incident beams. The system structure is simple and flexible. The system structure and principle are introduced. The corresponding calculation algorithms are deduced. The experimental tests under vibration condition are carried out and the results illustrate that the influence of vibration noise has been removed effectively.
