摘要
In this study, two command information systems are compared in a case study to establish a systematic method for user research. Based on the concept of "user centered design", users, designers, experts and operators were surveyed using methods such as in-depth interview, analytic hierarchy process, semantic evaluation, emotional evaluation, physiological and psychological evaluation, operational behavior statistics. Finally, this study estab-lished a systematic method for user research in human-computer interaction design for command information system. The application of a systematic user research method can improve the user experience of hu-man-computer interaction. © 2020, Beijing China Science Journal Publishing Co. Ltd. All right reserved.
