摘要
The scrapped palladium extractant was regenerated by distillation, which not only achieved the regeneration of the extractant, but also recovered platinum group metals effectively. The influences of distillation temperature and distillation time on extraction rate of waste palladium extraction agent and recovery rate of platinum group metals were studied. The results showed that recycling waste palladium extraction agent by distillation was an environment-friendly, efficient and economic technique. When the distillation temperature was controlled at 135~140℃ and distillation time reached 8 h, the recycling rate of waste palladium extraction agent was 92.94%. The regenerated extractant was compared with new extractant by means of infrared spectroscopy (IR) and extraction performance analysis. The main functional groups were the same as new extractant, the extraction rate of regenerated was 99.92%~99.96%, and that of the new extraction agent was 99.47%~99.90%, so it could completely meet the technology requirements of platinum group metals separation. Distilling 1 L waste extractant could save 600 yuan, and the recovery rate of platinum group metals was 94.86%. ©, 2015, Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Rare Metals. All right reserved.
