摘要
Digital twin technology can effectively solve the problem of data scarcity in the process of civil aircraft operation. On the premise of reducing the cost of data acquisition, it can comprehensively characterize the actual state of civil aircraft, support the proactive safety management for potential risk, and realize the related support maintenance decisions such as useful life prediction. By analyzing the risk factors of civil aircraft operation safety, a safety system framework of civil aircraft operation based on the digital twin technology was established, and its characteristics were analyzed. Simultaneously, the modeling method, data collection and real-time mapping of the system construction were studied, including civil aircraft subsystem, civil aircraft maintenance, civil aircraft operating environment and personnel. The three key technologies of the system implementation including civil aircraft operation security evaluation technology, data-model fusion technology and model consistency assessment technology were described. Furthermore, a typical case was used to illustrate the implementation process of the digital twin technology in the aero-engine applications. © 2022 CIMS. All rights reserved.
