摘要
As the electricity system shifts from a conventional operating system into a smart grid system, the paper proposes an efficiency-enhancing mechanism comprised of communication-based demand response (CBDR) and a customer-friendly inclining block tariff (IBT) that takes into consideration customers’ income and consumption profiles. © 2018 Elsevier Inc.
