摘要
Reduce graphene oxide (RGO) and strontium sulfide (SrS) composite was synthesized via hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared radiation spectroscopy confirmed composite structure. While, Tauc’ plot revealed direct band gap of 2.6 eV for composite mediated by indirect and direct band gaps of both RGO and SrS. Moreover, grains and grains boundaries impedance analysis predicted that RGO grains boundaries resistance is suppressed, while SrS has dominant grains (2.37 MΩ) and grains boundary resistance (5.9 MΩ) at high frequency, which is decreased to 0.88MΩ and 2.2 MΩ, respectively for composite that supported decreasing band gap and enhanced conduction. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.
