摘要
Most polymer materials are easy to burn and release plenty of toxic gases, which bring a great threat to the safety of people's lives and properties. Therefore, developing new flame retardant polymer materials has attracted widely attention of scientists. Organophosphorus flame retardants with the advantages of high efficiency, low smoke, low toxicity and no halogen are becoming one of most important research branches in flame retardant polymer materials. An overview of recent progress on synthesis and application of organophosphorus flame retardant was presented in this paper. According to the chemical structure and fire retardant elements, phosphorus ester flame retardant, phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant and phosphorus-silicon flame retardant were introduced. Finally, their synthesis, properties and applications in polymer materials were described. © 2016, Chengdu University of Science and Technology. All right reserved.
