摘要
Gold nanopartcles with a narrow size distribution were prepared through a reduction process by trisodium citrate, and were self-assembled on the glass substrate modified with APTMS. Then surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrates were fabricated. R6G was used as a probe molecule to exam the performance of the fabricated substrates and quite strong SERS intensities were obtained. The effect of the size of gold nanoparticles on SERS intensity was investigated. The result showed that the substrate with a larger size of gold nanoparticles self-assembled produced a stronger enhancement factor (EF). This self-assembly strategy provides an effective method for detecting low-concentration organic pollutants. © 2016, Materials Review Magazine. All right reserved.
