摘要
Deep valley with high slope in southwest China contains abundant hydropower resources, while deformation and stability problems of the high and steep rock slope are relatively serious. In this paper the high slope at the intake of right bank powerhouse of the Wudongde Hydropower Station is taken as an example, focusing on deformation and stability problems of the layered rock slope and there effects on the surrounding slope deformation and stability. The structures of high slope in this case are very complex, distributing with dip slope, diagonal slope, transverse slope and reverse slope, and segments with different slope structures may have different failure modes. On the basis of detailed geological investigation, the failure characteristics for segments with different slope structure were analyzed, and a targeted design were made accordingly. Besides that, the adverse effects of excavation on the stability of the upper surrounding slope should also be paid enough attention to this kind of problem. Considering the impacts of bedding-slip and bedding toppling after excavation on the deformation of the upper surrounding slope, a design idea of support surrounding slope deformation zone at first, and then excavate engineering slope was put forward. The numerical simulation result shows good effect of the governance, which will be verified further in the construction. This paper provides technical support for engineering construction, which can be a reference for similar projects. © 2015, China Water Power Press. All right reserved.
