摘要
In order to guarantee personnel safety during maintenance of low-voltage distribution lines, it's necessary to evaluate induced voltage and current on the lines under maintenance. EMTP models are adopted to calculate the induced voltage and current on 380 V distribution lines parallel to and beneath four extra high voltage(EHV)/ultra high voltage(UHV) AC and DC transmission lines in Shanghai area, respectively. The factors impacting on induced voltage and current are analyzed. Simulation results show that large voltage and current are induced on 380 V distribution lines and maximum induced voltage varies from 30 kV to 70 kV. A new device is developed for eliminating induced voltage on such low-voltage distribution lines. Experimental results show that the device can be used to ground both ends of the distribution line under maintenance and eliminate induced voltage effectively. ©, 2015, Power System Technology Press.
