摘要
The ratio of housing-price to income is an important indicator to measure affordability of urban residents who buys houses. Meanwhile, whether it's reasonable or not has great significance for researching the healthy development of real estate market. Take Shaanxi province as an example, on the basis of determined reasonable ratio of housing-price to income, which is compared with other 30 provinces and cities in the country firstly, then make an empirical analysis according to different cities and different income groups as well as its whole changes in Shaanxi province, finally it comes to the conclusion that the ratio of housing-price to income in the middle and low income household is beyond its reasonable interval and their affordability; increasing income is basic, reasonable allocation is key and accelerating the construction of affordable housing is core. © Sila Science.
