摘要
A digital synchronous rectification driving method for LLC resonant converter was proposed. This driving method was based on detection of the drain-source voltage of the synchronous rectifier MOS, and then conduction of the body diode was judged.Through the voltage comparator, the output level was transferred to the digital processor, and algorithm captures the turn-on time of the body diode and regulates the duty cycle of the driving signal of the synchronous rectifier tube, so that the synchronous rectification achieves the ideal effect, and the efficiency of the converter is improved.Compared with the traditional synchronous rectification driving method, it has the advantages of simple circuit structure and control algorithm, accurate driving signal, good dynamic performance and so on.In order to verify effectiveness of the proposed method, a 72 W half bridge LLC resonant converter is used as the prototype, and the efficiency is 97.5%. © 2018, Harbin University of Science and Technology Publication.
