摘要
For the challenge of frequency tuning of the hemispherical resonator, a tuning method of point-trimming based on ultrafast laser technology is proposed. Firstly, the relationship between frequency splitting and fourth-harmonic imbalance mass is analyzed, and the point-trimming algorithm is derived based on Fourier series expansion principle and harmonic function superposition principle. Then the tuning effect is verified by simulation, and the optimal solution of uniform tuning is summarized. Finally, a new method of femtosecond laser space-time shaping is used to conduct the tuning experiment of quartz hemispherical resonator. Experiment results show that, by the proposed method, the frequency split is trimmed to 8mHz, and tuning distinguish ability of 0.5mHz is achieved. © 2019, Editorial Department of Journal of Chinese Inertial Technology.
