This paper investigates the use of sports APP packaging in college students by questionnaire. It is found that the proportion of sports APP packaging used by college students is high. which has a positive impact on college students participating in physical exercise, improving sports frequency and sports time, and has some shortcomings in performance, which needs to be improved and related to school sports information.
